Founded in 2023, Sunlit was created by two partners with more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry. We specialise in holiday rental and property management, with an approach based on personal service, professionalism and a truly tailored experience for property owners.
We work with property owners in Albufeira, Vilamoura, Quarteira and Portimão, providing close, hands-on management and adapting our approach to each property and its local market.

We also provide professional cleaning, laundry and regular inspection services to ensure that each property consistently maintains high standards.
When maintenance or repairs are required, we ensure a prompt response and clear communication regarding the work, quotations and costs involved. For properties with gardens or swimming pools, we also offer optional gardening and pool maintenance services.
