Tax planning and Accounting
Paying tax is a natural part of earning income, and in Portugal, being tax-efficient and taking advantage of all allowable deductions starts with having your tax affairs properly structured. We arrange a meeting with our Certified Accountant, experienced in this field, who will ensure your tax situation is fully compliant with Portuguese law. Tax services are charged as an additional annual fee, separate from our management services.
Fiscal Representation
Although no longer a legal requirement, it remains good practice to have someone represent you in property and municipal tax matters. We provide this service for an additional annual fee, alongside the tax planning and accounting services described above.
Rental Licensing
To legally rent out your property in the Algarve, you must register it as a Local Accommodation Unit ('Alojamento Local') with the local municipality and obtain the 'AL' licence, which confirms that your property meets the required Health and Safety standards. We also offer this registration service, ensuring your property remains fully compliant with all local regulations.
